We connect veterans, seniors, and families with rescued pets, along with food and veterinary care — ensuring that companionship and healing remain accessible to those in need.

We create opportunities for connection, healing, and self-support for veterans, students, and families, helping strengthen their ability to care for themselves and one another.
🎒 Youth Support
We provide basic resources — including clothing, school supplies, and support — to help students and children in our community thrive, especially those facing food or housing insecurity.
🥕 Food & Basic Needs Access
We help connect community members with local food resources, basic necessities, and support services, partnering with other organizations to strengthen well-being across Jefferson County.

Quilcene Rising is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to meeting the moment by supporting veterans, seniors, and students in Jefferson County. We connect community members with rescued pets, provide shoes and essential resources for children, and foster resilience and connection throughout our community.
